Q: After I log in, it says "invalid login". What's wrong?
A: This problem is related to acceptance of cookies. When you log in, the system validates your account and sends your browser a login cookie. If you initially see the message that says "you have been logged in", that indicates that your username and password have been accepted and the cookie has been issued. However, your browser needs to immediately return that cookie to get the game list and other content. If that is immediately followed by a message indicating a login problem, the browser is not returning that cookie, mostly likely because it either didn't save it or it's getting deleted. There are three common reasons cookies fail:

1. Your browser settings might be set too restrictively.

2. Your computer's clock might be off. Check the month and year.

3. You might have some kind of privacy/security software that's either blocking or deleting your login cookie.

Q: Can I change my username?
A: No. Once your account has been created, your username cannot be changed. If you absolutely must change your username, your only option is to create a new account.

Q: I never got my confirmation e-mail. What happened?
A: Check your junk folder or your junk mail settings. If that doesn't work, check to see that you typed your address correctly and try again.

Q: Can I have more than one account?
A: Absolutely not. Controlling multiple accounts is considered cheating. We routinely review the server logs and offending players are permanently banned from the site.

Q: I suspect that someone might be using more than one account. What should I do?
You really don't need to do anything. If someone is in fact cheating, we will identify it during our next log scan. If you'd like, you can report it to our support department, but we won't be able to discuss the details of our findings with you.

Q: I have a suggestion for the site, who should I tell?
A: Great! We love suggestions. Use our contact form to send us your ideas.

Q: Someone keeps using foul language at the table, what should I do?
A: We encourage people to be friendly at the table, but in any on-line community, complete civility is tough to achieve. If the person is abnormally vile and disrespectful, send us the player's username and the game ID and we'll check it out.

Q: Why is there no message board?
A: We've found that a direct contact form is a faster and more effective way to respond to questions. The difficulty in finding answers buried in a message board system led to large amount of cross-posting, re-posting, and unanswered or inaccurately answered questions.

Q: How do I get medals?
A: Stars are awarded based on overall score, and the titanium star medal is achieved by supporting the site with a premium subscription.

Q: How can I help support the site?
A: Maintaining a site like this is costly and time consuming, but if everyone chips in, we'll be able to continue operating well into the future. The best way to help is to upgrade to a premium account. Even though the annual cost is small, every little bit helps.

Q: Who runs this site?
A: The site is maintained by a small group of lifelong gamers who decided to make a community where people could play fun games and break up the monotony of daily routines.
